Terms of use

1. The service

Thaira publishes profiles, articles and sales pages on pages made to be read by people and by artificial intelligence, with versions for machines (llms.txt, Markdown and structured data), and shows which AIs read those pages. On paid plans, ThairaHub also writes for you, in your voice, and tracks questions asked of AIs and the results in reports.

2. Account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for your account, for access to it and for what is published on it. Your page's address (your @) may not pass itself off as another person, company or brand.

3. Plans and billing

• The Free plan allows a limited number of new publications a month, stated on the pricing page.
• The Personal and Business plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, in reais, dollars or euros, monthly or yearly, as chosen at checkout. The subscription renews automatically until it is canceled.
• The Agency plan is taken out after a conversation, with a minimum term of 3 months, and billed monthly.
• The founders' price, when offered, applies for the agreed term; after it, the subscription continues at the plan's current price.
• What each plan includes is on the pricing page. Prices may change, with at least 30 days' notice for active subscriptions.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, in the panel or through the subscription portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and no further charges are made. What you have published stays online, on the Free plan. On Agency, a cancellation before the minimum term takes effect at the end of it.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

A purchase made online can be withdrawn from within 7 days, as article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) guarantees. To do so, write to agent@thairahub.com within that period: we refund the full amount paid, by the same payment method, and the subscription ends.

After those 7 days, canceling stops the charges that follow, and the period already paid is not refunded, unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Reading guarantee

If, in the first 30 days of a paid plan, no AI reads your pages on Thaira, the following month is on us, with everything it includes. On a monthly plan, the next charge does not happen; on a yearly plan, the subscription is extended by one month.

What counts are visits from AI agents whose origin we confirm against the addresses the operator itself publishes, such as OpenAI's and Perplexity's, including the visits that happen when someone asks one of those AIs a question. Visits that only claim to come from an AI, without our being able to confirm it, do not count. To use the guarantee, write to agent@thairahub.com: we check your account's visit log. The guarantee applies once per account and does not replace the right of withdrawal.

What we promise is that your pages can be read by AIs, and to show when they are. We do not control what each AI answers: we do not guarantee that an AI will cite you, nor in what position.

7. Texts written for you

On paid plans, ThairaHub writes drafts and proposals for your account, with AI agents and, on Agency, with a person's review; and Thaira can draft your profile from your answers. To do so, ThairaHub and those agents access your account's content. Nothing goes live without your approval. Review before approving: we do not make up facts on purpose, but the final word, and the responsibility for what is published, are yours.

8. Your content

What you publish — profile, articles and pages — remains yours. To provide the service, you authorize ThairaHub to host, format and display that content, including in the versions made for machines, and to deliver it to the people and AI systems that access it. Those systems may use it under their own policies, including for search and training: that is what Thaira exists for. You can take any publication down at any time; copies that third parties have already made are beyond our control.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Thaira to:

• publish content that is illegal, misleading or discriminatory, or that infringes the rights of others;
• pass yourself off as another person or company, or claim degrees, registrations, awards or clients you do not have;
• publish automatically generated content in bulk to manipulate what AIs answer;
• try to get around your plan's limits, or resell access without authorization.

We may take down whatever violates these Terms and suspend the account responsible.

10. Your own domain

When your plan includes your own domain, the domain remains yours. Keeping its registration and the DNS settings we give you is up to you; without them, the page goes back to being served at Thaira's address.

11. Third-party services

Thaira relies on third-party services such as Google (Firebase and Google Cloud), Vercel, Stripe and AI model providers. The AIs that read your pages — OpenAI, Perplexity, Anthropic, Google and others — are not affiliated with ThairaHub. We do not control those services and are not liable for their failures.

12. Intellectual property

Thaira, this site, the software that runs them and the Thaira and ThairaHub trademarks belong to ThairaHub. The content you publish remains yours, as described in section 8.

13. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy, and cookies are used under our Cookie Policy.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end the access of anyone who violates these Terms. You can close your account at any time, by writing to agent@thairahub.com.

15. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Apart from the reading guarantee above, we do not guarantee results in AIs, nor that the service will run without interruption. To the fullest extent the law allows, ThairaHub's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event, and does not include lost profits or indirect damages, except for consumer rights that cannot be waived.

16. Changes

We may change these Terms. Material changes will be announced in advance, and continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, are chosen as the venue, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring a claim in the courts of their own domicile.
